How Does One File A Claim With The Post Office For A Damaged Box Received From

Would like to talk With a person about filing a claim on a box received from the post office.  It was damaged and partially  opened so that some items are missing.  It was sent from New Zealand

Your best bet is to take the damaged box to your local post office. If that's not practical, phone 800-ASK-USPS.
