Automobile Loan

My wife died in December 2009 and I am now slowly getting things straightened out.  One of the things is my automobile loan with you which is in both our names.  I spoke to several people at your bank about correcting this and have veen told the only way to change it is to send you a death certificate and then refinance my loan.  This is assinine.  I have been dealing with my local bank, Bank of America and some others and EVERYONE of them made the necessary changes upon receipt of the death certificate. I am hoping that the people I have spoken with are misintrepting your policies.  If not, I sincerely hope someday when they have lost some close to them they get monthly mail addressed to the person they lost for some time.  I will not comply with this insensitive policy and will be thankful every month when I see your statement that I did not transfer any other business to your bank.l
