I Only Have A Ten Digit Ticket Number And Can't Check In Online? What Do I Do?
My boss booked this ticket, Flight 647 for 5/22/12 through American Express Business Travel but I am unable to do a web check-in with only 10 digits. Also, for some reason the 800 US Airways number and the 800 AMX phone numbers are unable to recieve calls right now. My calls were answered by a recording... "please try this number later?'
I am taking one carry on bag wanting to avoid all the other hassles so what can I do to get a 13 digit ticket number?
