You can either contact US Airways reservations at 1-800-428-4322 for help in obtaining a baggage fee receipt, or you can go to the following link to print a duplicate if you purchased the baggage fee online.
First link is for contacting US Airways reservations online instead of calling.
Second link is for requesting a receipt on the website by either entering your ticket number or confirmation.
