Non-refundable Frequent Flyer Tickets
I have a flight booked from RDU to Salt Lake City for two passengers with my USAir Frequent Flyer Points, but I have obtained a job in Yellowstone and am already here. My niece is having to change her flight because she is in nursing school. In any case, when I called last time I was told they would charge me $150 per passenger to get the frequent flyer points refunded ($300). I spent $50,000 to get those points and consider this to be completely unfair. I have some scissors here and if I get the wrong response, then I will cut the card up and not only stick with the Capital One Card for all my purchases, but I will also hit every forum I can find on the Internet and do free advertising for USAir for the rest of my life. Take your pick!
