Mishandled Drug Shipment By Ups.

Why did my rush perishable,refrigerate immediately drugs from f John Hollis pharmacy sit on a truck all day until 5pm rather than being delivered. I waited all day at home for the shipment only open it and find it about 70 or 80 degrees. Item was 1Z 53E 67W 01 4765 5381. I prepaid the Pharmacy $32.40 for the shipment. The thermo chill package had completely thawed.
