My Package Won't Arrive In Time For Trade Show But I Paid To Have It There Early

My UPS pkg was scheduled for delivery 1-28-11 and has now been rescheduled for 1-31-11. It must be delivered Sat or Sun for a trade show. I called and UPS doesn't know where it is exactly. There must be some way to locate it. 1z148e670334339640. Please help.

If the shipper shipped via UPS, he should have a tracking number for you. With that number you should be able to get an answer from UPS with the contact information on this page.

If the origin and destination of a lost or damaged package or uncollected C.O.D. are within the U.S. or Canada, you may report the problem here, or follow these steps:

Go to the Receiving your Shipment section of the Support tab.
Select Claims under the Tools and Resources section.
Select the type of problem you would like to report.
Complete the required fields on the pages that follow.
