Someone Has Used My Name And Profile Picture To Create A New Account On Twitter

someone use my pic and name and create new account and tweet i dont know what to do now ..please help me

Twitter has policies against impersonation:

So, you can report this account as a violation here: http://support.twitter.com/groups/33-report-abuse-or-policy-violations/topics/122-reporting-violations/articles/20170142-how-to-report-impersonation-accounts#

You may expect to submit proof to prove your claims, but other than it should be a straight forward process.
