My Phone Number Verification Failed
Hello, This is my first time use Twitter. I just want to get an account. I'm sure in the process of registration is myself. When i select +86 China from the drop down menu, It has an error on the page As the attachment sees "Due to technical issuse, We were unable to complete this request. Please try again." I have tried more than ten times, the problem is still as above.

Have you tried puting "0086" in front of the number? Sometimes those automatic verification applications can send texts abroad if you just write the country code in front of the phone number.
If that doesn't work you have to ask a friend in another country to receive the verification text on your behalf.
