I Forgot My Twitter Account Password And Have A Typo In The Email, Wat Do I Do?

I forgot my twitter account password and have a typo in the email address attached to my account. That means I have not got access to the emails which will remind me of my password. I have not got any phone number attached to my account. I have sent emails to twitter help service but have not received feedback... what do I do to correct the typo and get my password?
