Error Message On Iphone Twitter Account, Does Not Work

I have a iPhone app, for twitter, It stopped working 8-31-10. It says : error you are not logged out of twitter, or blocked by this user. Went online with computer it worked fine. I saw something like maybe the iPhone crashed on that date. I have version 4.0.2 on my iPhone.

This happened to me also. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and it worked again.
