Reset Password And Log-in Failure

After the link is sent to my email address, I am still unable to reset my password. Twitter isn't very helpful if there is no way to get assistance with this problem. If the entire system is down, perhaps there should be an alert on the sign-in page so users don't have to keep trying to reset their account.
