please help, i need help in recovering my password and username to my twitter account?

If you do not remember your password or anything go the login screen and click forgot password. It will then ask for the email you used. Once you enter your email, they will send you an email with your username and a link to reset your preset.

Go on Twitter.com, click on forgot password and put in your email address in the email/phone field. Then go on to your email account and it should give you both your username and a new password.
