No Sound.
I'm probably dumb and missing something big here but I don't have the HDMI cable or whatever so I set it up using the RCA method. I had to unplug the Xbox red and white sound cords, plug the turtle beach headset ones and the plugged the Xbox ones over. Basically I followed the RCA instructions carefully.
I still don't get sound and I set it to Dolby digital 5.1 and set the sound to go to headset only. I tried to follow instructions as best as I could. What should I try now?
By the way, I had an old xbox headset (the one that comes with a chat keyboard) and it worked perfectly with both my controllers (I have one that came with the xbox with grey analog sticks and a not so shiny home button, then the other one with black anolog sticks and a shinier home button). The turtle beach headset doesn't work with either of them.
