Turtle Beach Issues

How can I make others hear me? I can hear myself from the mike and my audio from the game is fine but no one else can hear me.

Hi, check that both sides of the talkback cable are firmly plugged in (controller and headset side). If the plug isn't in all the way, it can cause problems because of the bad connection. If that’s not the problem, then try a different XBOX controller. Sometimes the jack wears out over time and makes a bad connection with the talkback cable.
