Turbo Tax Will Not Let Me Enter Direct Deposit Information

To reach us by phone, please use the following instructions: I suggest you,

1. Visit the following link: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact.
2. On the Contact Us page enter your issue or question into the Ask Your Question field.
3. Click the Ask button.
4. Several support article links will display that may answer your question or provide a solution for your issue. If you feel the issue is best resolved by phone, click the Call Us button towards the bottom of the page.
5. You will be presented with a form to fill out. This will be used to provide the technician who takes your call with your contact information and the description the issue or question you have. Fill out the following:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number (Note: enter only numbers with no dashes or parenthesis).
6. You can add additional details to your question in the field at the bottom. This is optional.
7. Click the button which says Get Phone Number.
8. Note the telephone number displayed, this is the number for you to call.
9. Note the incident ID created for you. The phone system will ask you to enter this, or the technician you are connected with will ask for it. This way we will have your information readily available to assist you.
