Turbo Tax Error 146

how do i fix a tax return that gets an error 146 when i try to open it with turbo tax?

Unfortunately damaged tax files cannot be repaired.

If you saved a backup copy of your tax file, use the copy to complete your taxes. Make sure you save another copy as insurance.
If you didn't save a copy of your tax file, you'll have to start over with a new return.
