Can't Get Turbo Tax Direct Deposit To Work

Why is Turbo Tax 2011 Home and Business not letting me to do direct deposit E-file. Also this program froze up several times, while I was waling through the steps and directions, what is going on !

When you say TurboTax "isn't letting you," what do you mean, exactly? Is it not letting you enter your DD information? Did you enter your DD Information and you're getting an error when you try to file? You will need to be very specific about what is happening, where you are in the program, etc.

I will assume you are trying to add this information at the end of the interview process. Go to the forms section and add that info at the bottom of the personel information form.
