Trying To Pay For Turbotax State With Credit Card

Can't remember user ID or password - then computer locks up. Help.

turbotax has a 15min lock out if you enter too many bad logins and passwords.

click on the sign-in button on the right colum of the www.turbotax.intuit.com website.

from the drop down that pops choose, continue a 2009 tax return.

when it asks you to sign in, click the "can't access my account" option right below the "sign in" button.

when it gives you options of what you can do, choose the 3rd option "i cannot remember my login/password and no longer have access to my account".

Put in your last name, SSN, zip and a NEW EMAIL address, it will mail you a password reset, and login information to the email address you entered.
