Trouble Opening Dowloaded Turbo Tax 2009

I downloaded this from your website this a.m. File name on my desktop is w_turbotax_1040_bsc_2009.07a.0102.exc. When I try to open it, it says the same version is already running, but it is not.

What should I do?
