Why Is My Tax Refund Is Not On My Card It Was Deposited Today.i Can Not Activate

ihave purchase a turbo card for my tax refund and it want let me activate the card and my refund was deposited today so why can,t i get my refund why is that all it is saying my refund was requested on the 8th of march my e-mail address is [email protected]
