Cannot Remember Username Or Email Used For Turbo Tax Taxes.

I printed my returns. I wrote my username and new email address i created soley for filing my taxes. I have lost my return. I don't remember my user id or my email I used. I need to amend my returns but cant access them. I have my name social phone number address dob everyrthing to verify. The website wont allow me. I need to amned asap.
