Is TurboTax worth trying?

My wife and I are considering using TurboTax this year, but have heard very mixed things. What are the pros and cons?

NO! Turbotax is not wowrth trying, in fact, they are afwful! I have used them for the past 3 years and they have lost my 2008 and 2009 1040's.They also lost my mother's 1040's.

Use anything else!
