Can't Access 2010 Filed Return.changed Password Still No Help!

I filed online in feb. then my PC crashed. I NEED a copy of my return for an educational scholarship for my child. Now I can't access ANYTHING because it says there is more than one return open under my social#. What do I do? I am under a deadline here and the IRS can't help me until JUNE!
