Unable To Print

When selecting PRINT forms, the only option is "see print preview" or save as a PDF file. I have the latest updates of turbo tax and adobe. The preview is gibberish. Spent 40 minutes on the phone and the "help" I got was "you musn't have the latest Adobe". I do. This program was a waste of $50 and a huge amount of aggravation. I will write the BBB. This is a rip off.

You are certainly free to do that, but you will not find another tax program that is anywhere near as comprehensive. You have inadvertently uninstalled a few of the fonts TurboTax needs to view/print. It's a pain, but to reinstall them, you need to do this:

The TTax installation process includes installing several 'special' fonts used for TTax screen displays. There has been very limited success by trying to re-install only the 5 or 6 fonts --the first challenge is locating them on the CD.

The only reliable solution is to uninstall TTax (only the year in question). It might be helpful to proactively do a forced uninstall as follows:

* After uninstalling TTax RESTART your PC.
* Disconnect your PC from the internet
* Disable your Anti-virus program and any background running Backup program
* Re-install TTax
* Restart your PC
* Re-enable your Anti-virus
* Re-connect to the internet.
