How Do I Adjust The Engine Speed On My Troy Bilt Honda Tb130xp Engine?
How do I adjust the engine speed?Right now this motor is screaming fast.

Sounds like you need to adjust the governor.If this doesn't help,then the governor gear inside of the engine is broken and will need to be replaced.
