I Need To Cancel A Booking

I was trying to book a hotel in Holbrook, MA- I went to search put in Holbrook, MA and the first hotel that came up was Holbrook House I thought I was in with the Holbrook listings of hotel -- so i picked one The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Conference Center for Jan 6th to Jan7th just one night & I clicked it when I printed it out I saw it was for Maine NOT Holbrook, MA We have to go to a wake on the 6th & a funeral on the 7th in Holbrook, MA-- I am so upset about this death in the family I was rushing & I make a mistake -- The minute it happened I called the Hotel I stayed on the phone for an hour & 15 minutes trying to explain the mistake & have them cancel the Reservation Just kept me on hold repeating the same message -- at the same time I also sent them a message on their chat line Could you Please cancel this I can't be there & at a funeral at the same time I really need your help My phone Louie & Maureen DellaGatta
