How Do I Change The Time & Date???? Lg420g

How do I change the time and date on my LG 420G flip phone? Please help me cause I just found it in my basement and it has NO service.

If it's a new phone, when you call the toll-free number to activate the phone, the date & time will be set automatically.

turn off the phone and turn it back on - phone will automatically reset the time - according to tech support - for LG800G

 You can't. The phone will automatically keep the time and date updated
