Can't Call Or Receive Calls On Lg500 Even Though Display Shows Signal Bars
Transferred my Motorola Tracfone to an LG500. Everthing carried over and the display has signal bars, shows my minutes and that I have service for 96 days. However, when I make a call the green phone icon comes on and then it just quits and goes back to the main screen. Can't text or receive calls. Please HELP. The support center has not been able to help me with this.

This not an issue with the phone, it's an issue with your account. No one here can do anything beyond give you advice.
You need to call Tracfone support at Phone at: 1-800-867-7183 and have them verify your phone is active and functioning properly.
If they claim they can't help then ask to speak to a supervisor. Keep escalating until you get someone competent. The folks running the system are the only one who can assist you with this so keep bugging them.
