My phone would not charge or turn on at all....has no power. How do I resolve?

i would say your phone is junk or the battery is junk. I suggest you go get a new one. sorry for your trubbles <3

I recently had the same problemn. Tech support had me remove the battery, wait a bit and then re-insert it. Everything came back on and worked properly.
