Its The First Of The Month And My Free Safelink Minutes Aren't Posted Yet

SUPPOSED TO GET MINUTES POSTED ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH....IF THEY DON'T AUTOMATICALY POST THEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO ENTER A THREE DIGIT PIN AND EVERYTIME I DO THAT IT TELLS ME SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE....I NEED MY MINUTES TO POST HOW DO I FIX THIS
