How Do You Change The Time And Date On The Lg800g Tracfone?

I just receive a lg 800g tracfone which i love, but i don't know how to put the date and time on my phone. I keep going into the alarm, but it not letting put the time.

LG 800g tracfone, while the phone is on remove battery and replace it the phone will reset to current time and date,
