I Bought A Straight Talk Phone With A $30 Service Card...

i activated my straight talk phone and bought a $30 service card which was supposed to give me 1000 airtime minutes and an additional 1000 minutes for text...I only got 10 airtime minutes and 500 text minutes but it says my service card has already been used...
