I Have Been Waiting For My Replacement Phone For Almost 30 Days.

Tracfone has my replacement phone. I have been waiting for my replacement phone for 30 days. Every time I call I am on the phone with them no less than a hour and they send me to several departments. They email the warehouse, but no reply. I ask for a manager but wait on the phone forever! and never can contact one. I saw one of you answer on HelpOwl, so I tried both phone number and the same thing happens. I don't know what to do. I'm at my wits end. Pease help Thank you

Sorry for your problems. I don't know what second phone number you called--perhaps it was the corporate phone number. Frequently a written request is more effective, so you may want to try that route (fax or snail mail)--see the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/tracfone/Corporate%20Office.
