My Safelink Phone Was Stolen Is There Any Way To Get A Replacement

i need to speak to someone from tracfone for safelink wireless phones my phone was stolen and i would like to know if it is possible to obtain a new one

Yes, Call safelink and tell them your phone got stolen they HOPEFULLY will send you a replacement phone, My safelink phone (LG 300G) Got wet and wouldn't work anymore so I called safelink and they told me the'll send me a new phone BUT I had to send the old phone back.

Safelink will replace it for free.  Call their customer service number 1-800-977-3768..You lose whatever minutes you had on your phone, and will only receive 10 minutes for the first month, but after that you will get your full minutes again.

Yes you will get a new phone probably a different model. you should call in to tell them you lost it so they can cancelled the phone and you will get a new one.

Yes, If it has been more than 90 days. Safelink will replace lost, stolen and damaged phones.  Call and talk to a representative.  Damaged phone will have to be returned.  All inquires call 18009773768.

Dial "1-800-867-7183" to contact a TracFone representative. To report your phone missing, inform the representative of the last date of use. Give a detailed description of where you may have lost the phone, or how it got stolen.
