Is There A Charge When I Have My 2013 Corolla Warranty

my dealer is charging me $300 charge to have my brakes and power stering warranty

Brakes, oil changes & tires is part of a maintaince. If you do not have a maintaince warranty then yes, your dealership can charge you for fixing it. Find out the details of your warranty.
