How To Set-up Bluetooth Phonebook Without Talking Control On Steering Wheel?

Corolla 20012 LE car without phone controls on steering wheel. I WAS ABLE TO SET UP SPEED DIAL NUMBERS BUT NOT THE PHONEBOOK NUMBERS. HELP NEEDED! THANK YOU AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
