2012 Camry Navigation

Just got car.  Navigation won't work consistently.  Put in address and get to "start" it won't switch to drive-instructions.  Keeps just the map showing start and "flag" stop.  HELP.  Dealer has seen it happen, but it is inconsistent.  I feel foolish for purchasing with nav...other than that, car is pretty nice.
