Steering Trouble In My 2008 Tund
Why do i feel extra resistance thru every quarter turn of the steering wheel either way in my 2008 Tundra?

Check your steering intermediate shaft. The U-joint on it is likely seized or seizing/dry and will require replacement. Feels like the steering gets easy, hard, easy, hard about every quarter turn or so. We see many of these up north here due to the salt and moisture. The U-joint that fails is directly mounted to the rack, and can be seen right above the LF CV axle.
