2000 Sienna Passenger Side Power Door.

The power door on my 2000 Sienna will open fine, using any of the switches or remote, but will not close most of the time using the switches or remote. (but it will sometimes) I do hear a clicking sound coming from the rear of the van that sounds like a relay trying to make contact when I use the switches or remote.  Is there a relay back there somewhere that needs replacing, or is this a major repair? Thanks, Tom
