Ac On Avalon Keeps Going On And Off At Will And Won't Blow.

My 1998 toy avalon a/c has been turning on and off at will.the blower reverts back to low, I don't think it is the blower mtr resistor because I have a automatic temp control on my xls model. the manual says something about a linear micro processor or other sensors, but where are they found. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hello assuming the blower speed is on high, AC is set on maximum and engine is around 2,000 RPM’s, those readings seem low. Seems like the system is undercharged. The condenser fan is most likely going off because of the high pressure not being high enough to require the fan.
