Is My New Laptop Fixable What Do I Do

I am not a computer person so I asked a friend to help set laptop My dad bought at OfficeMax on Black Friday it's a Satellite C855D-S5357. Well guess I thought it was all good so I used it then didn't talk to friend for a while then they said they had to come over and finish setting up computer unfortunate I let my son play online with it thinking it was all good and that it was west up and antivirus program was on I was wrong now I have errors and can't find book or disk and I can't seem to factory reset then my boyfriend put a new log in code in it and forgot what it was and I have no way to retrieve or change is there anything I can do please advise me what to do!

Since you have mentioned that you forgot the login code to access Windows Operating System and there are some errors that appear, the best solution for this is to restore your computer to its factory settings. You can follow the instructions provided from the video tutorials below.
