Wireless Key Not Switching On.

I connot get my wieles switched on, F8 key is giving no success telling me wireless communictaion is disabled switch on wireless communication switch, any ideas as to what I can do.

The wireless switch is the one that looks like an aerial  (like a post with a little hair)

If that is not pressed fn + f8 should switch it on/off

If you have been using bluetooth and wireless together, yhis can mess it up a little, so you would need to restart and then it should clear it.
