Ph3100u-1exb Driver Not Recognized

my external hard drive is not being recognized by windows 7 I have all my music on it. It was being recognized a couple day ago I went to plug it in and it windows didn't recognize it. I also tried it on another computer same result please let me know if I could do anything to recitify this problem thanks
