Ikwb21a Camera Control
I have the TOSHIBA Network Camera - Viewer opened using Google Chrome but I can not find the control pad. No tool bar buttons respond. I have enabled pop ups.

Try re-installing the control software and also check that the power is valid at the camera. Carry out a network test to see if the camera is on the network with a valid i.p. address.
