Hard Drive Problem
I have this hardrive, and the blue light comes on when I plug it in, but it will not read. The disk inside does not turn. What could the problem be, is there a way to reset it?

Try the drive in another computer and see if the problem persists. If the drive is making an unusual noise and fails to read connected to anothercomputer, then the device is failing. Another thing to make sure of is don't substitute the cable that connects to the drive. In some cases, using the wrong cable can cause this issue. Good luck.
