Hi I Have The Toshiba Bdx2200ku And I Was Told That I Had To Update The Player

with firmware. Is this true and if so, where can I find the firmware. Newer DVDs are not playing. there is sound but no picture. I would also like to add Netflix. Do I need an adapter or can I use the LAN connection? Please let me know. Thank you. Jan

for netflix or other you could use a lan connection to router or if you have a wifi it's compatible too for update just connect the bluray on network

Make sure that your player is successfully connected to the Internet. If new software is available, you will see a message
prompting you whether to update your firmware.
