Help!

I downloaded the firmware from this link and setup to the TVhttp://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeT...But now the screen of the TV Toshiba 58L9300 is black and not activeHow to fix it?Thank you!

Hi,

I am the one who gave you the link to the firmware on Toshiba's website.

1. Is your TV really 58L9300U? Pay special attention to the U or it might be another letter.

2. Were you able to follow the all the steps as indicated on the installation instructions? Or halfway was it disrupted?

3. If everything was completed successfully and yet you had a black screen after, I guess you would need to contact customer service for further assistance. Make sure you plug out your USB and try to power off and power on your TV again.
