Toshiba Tv 40e22ou How Do I Adjust Volume

the volume is set at its highest and the tv is still difficult to hear on many networks

If the volume is already at max there isn't anything you can do to make it louder. It sounds like there may be something wrong with the speakers. You should call a local repair shop to see if they can look at it.
