Low Sound Problem
The sound volume is lower than it was a few months ago, and is too low for easy listening - even when the sound control is at max. The TV is a year old.

if there is a cable or satellite box being used then ensure that their volume controls are not turned down.
hook this to a DVD player directly and if the sound level is to low the take the set to a shop and they will likely change the "main board" under the 1 year warranty.
Turn off all automatic settings in the audio menu and find the MTS menu and put it to "Stereo" not "SAP".
